ChoreoLab is designed so that your practice stays yours.

Your videos stay on your device

Videos you import, edit, or record with ChoreoLab are stored locally on your iPhone or Android phone, in storage that belongs to the app. They are not uploaded to our servers — ChoreoLab does not operate any account system or cloud storage. Deleting a video in the app removes its file from your device.

What we don't collect

• No account or sign-up is required, so we hold no profile about you.
• We do not collect your videos, recordings, bookmarks, or notes.
• We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.

Device permissions

ChoreoLab requests access to your camera and microphone to record your practice takes. On iPhone, it also requests access to your photo library to import dance videos. On Android, videos are imported through the system photo picker or file picker, which share only the videos you choose, so no photo, media, or storage permission is requested.

These permissions are used only for those features and can be managed at any time: on iPhone in Settings > ChoreoLab, and on Android in Settings > Apps > ChoreoLab > Permissions.

This website

choreolab.dance is a static site. It does not set cookies and does not run analytics or tracking scripts.
